Legend is a 3 year old , appx. 14 H, sorrel mustang gelding from the BLM's Nevada Wild Horse Range.  

Legend will be titled after April and available for adoption then.

Late this past summer, Legend was sent to Clinton Anderson Ambassador Trainer, Lindsay Merritt, and he attended the 10 day Colt Starting Clinic at Clinton Anderson's Ranch in Arkansas!  

Legend excelled and was doing wonderful under saddle when he injured his chest with a large laceration which halted his training.  He is now healed but due to winter and ice we cannot ride him.  We will begin riding him again when spring hits.  

We have alot of videos from the trainer.  Legend leads, ties quietly, loads and unloads in the trailer, picks up all 4 feet and trims well, baths, grooms great.  He also walks, trots, lopes under saddle.  

With the limited riding he is still green, but has had one of the best foundations a horse can have! He is not a big horse but the trainer said with everything they put them through in the 10 days he never went lame and kept going.  

The first photos are when we first got him and the condition he was in.  The other photos are after training.  We will get updated photos in the spring as well.
